At SAMS, we greatly value the partnership with parents and caregivers. Through fostering strong relationships with parents, we work together to nurture students into responsible thinkers who become self-led learners. Over the school year, the school team runs a series of engagements and workshops, to touch base with parents and further support their child’s learning.
Parent Workshops
Parent workshops are one way we work together with parents to develop our students holistically. In both social emotional wellbeing and academic areas, these workshops help equip parents with practical strategies and relevant knowledge to support their child’s learning at home.
Parent-Child-Teacher Conferences
Our teaching team and allied professionals conduct the Parent-Child-Teacher-Conference (PCTC) sessions with the students and their parents. One of the key strategic focus of SAMS is to foster a strong collaboration with stakeholders, especially with parents. As such, the school values the rich discussions with parents during these planned engagement sessions, to ensure strong partnerships as we nurture students to achieve their full potential.
School Programmes Supported by Parent Support Group (PSG)
With the help of our dedicated Parent Support Group (PSG), we are able to bring a variety of enriching programmes to our students.
As the school continues to grow, our school community will remain committed to the holistic development of our students.
