Our Orientation Programme takes into careful consideration the inaugural batch of Secondary 1 students that SAMS will be receiving. The week-long programme aims to achieve the following objectives and purposes:

• Instilling a sense of safety and support through structure & relationships
• Acknowledging & managing students’ experience of change, uncertainty
• Providing timely and relevant information to reduce anxiety and promote self-agency
• Easing students into the unique routine and demands of secondary school life (e.g. uneven/longer school days)

Please note:

• Dismissal times may be different from the actual time-table which will commence on 12 Jan 2026.
• On the first day of Orientation, parents are invited to a simple briefing after dropping their children off at the school foyer (7:40 AM to 8:30 AM).
