JOB DESCRIPTION
•
Formulate, implement and review HR strategies to support the operations of the school
•
Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions and acts as a business partner providing HR advisory to the various services
•
Work on manpower budgets & planning and provide inputs to management for decision making
•
Liaise with the Department Heads on recruitment requirements and ensure that the needs are fulfilled in a timely manner
•
Manage the HRIS System for all HR functions (employee records, training and development, payroll and benefits administration and performance appraisal)
•
Work closely with various services to develop and implement training competency framework and roadmap
•
Manage the performance appraisal and total compensation & career framework
•
Handle employee relation matters and the area of staff well-being
•
Oversee HR administration and provide guidance to the junior staff in executing the HR function effectively
•
Participate in ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably with post-graduate qualification in HR
– Minimum 5 years of HR experience
– Experience as a HR generalist role with good planning, project management and analytical skills
– Dynamic individual with excellent communication abilities and able to work with staff from all levels
– Passion for working with a non-profit organization
